Team building took center stage at Tasleeh Shooting earlier today, when a team from Etisalat took part in exercises that encouraged open communication and understanding between the players.
Seven employees took on the rigorous airsoft obstacles that included static and dynamic shooting in Tasleeh’s dedicated short, long, 5x5, urban and jungle courses. The group also tested out their shooting skills at the battlezone, where they competed against each other across three games. The games incorporated team and relationship building and required efficient leadership techniques.
The team stayed motivated and excited through the variety of bespoke tasks and games that posed a challenge while still being fun.
Ayman Al Hashmi, Branch Manager of Tasleeh Shooting– Yas Mall Abu Dhabi commented, “The team building workshop is designed to help professionals to not only bond outside the office environment, but to also have fun and relax. The activities break down barriers in communication and teaches the team to utilize both verbal and non-verbal forms of communication.”
