Margarita Al, Publisher (WOW), said that “Russian Cosmism" book is an embodiment of a deep and unique philosophy that was born on the border of the XIX-XX centuries, but continues in every poem. The poems included in this book are written in different years, but you will get the feeling that they were written in one breath, as a single stream that absorbed the entire philosophical and cultural essence of Russian cosmism.
Nikolay Fedorov, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Vladimir Vernadsky formed a concept that not only explains our world, but also offers its transformation. Their ideas transcend time and nations, becoming a universal benchmark for addressing global challenges. Today, in the 21st century, Russian cosmism has become an integral part of world culture, a property of humanity.
As a cultural phenomenon, cosmism through poetic language forms the basis for a new understanding of man’s relationship with nature and the Universe, becoming part of a new humanitarian reality where literature and philosophy go hand in hand to guide us through an era of global change.
"The emergence of Russian cosism as a global phenomenon, in the example of this book, shows that scientific progress is impossible without a deep ethical and spiritual understanding. This book is a vivid proof of that: it connects philosophy with culture, demonstrating how the ideas of cosmic continue to live and evolve in literature, helping us reimagine our place in the world and cosmos", Margarita concluded.
The book illustrations by Zurab Tsereteli, President of the Russian Academy ofArts, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, and published by WOW Publishing House (Moscow) and Al-Nasher Publishing House (Cairo) , in the Silk Road Literature Series.
