Jumeirah Beach Residence’s most sought after urban destination, Rixos Premium Dubai played host to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Dubai and Northern Emirates for its annual gala to commemorate the 73^rd Anniversary of the Russian Victory Day.

The evening gathered members from the Consulate and the Embassy of Russia, headed by H.E. Mr. Alexander Efimov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the United Arab Emirates and Gocha Buachidze, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Dubai and Northern Emirates. A mix of 200 VIP guests from the consulate and embassy of countries comprising of ambassadors and attachés from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia, Serbia and Bulgaria were in attendance, along with respected partners and leading tour operators.

The celebrations feted the country’s historical triumph during the Great Patriotic War in a glamorous feast of Russian culture which enjoyed an elegant ballroom setting. Guests were able to delight in a showcase of dazzling flavors by Executive Chef Ilker Ciftci plated in each fresh starters, signature mains and sumptuous desserts, and paired with premium beverages.
