In his words, Capital Partners with the support of the government and the Kazakh Tourism Industry Department, are actively promoting Kazakhstan’s hidden wonders and touristic opportunities, poised to establish this central-Asian nation as one of the leading holiday destinations of the region. Most noteworthy contributions to Kazakhstan’s tourism scene courtesy of Capital Partners is the luxuriant Esentai Shopping Mall which houses some of the world’s leading fashion and retail brands, and the Shymbulak Ski Resort that is the largest of its kind in the region. With the intention of enhancing the cultural landscape of Almaty, Kazakhstan, Capital Partners is planning developing a luxury hotel and an all-inclusive resort which will be attractive additions for tourists.
Capital Partners’ strategy for the upcoming year focuses on piercing emerging markets with an unprecedented portfolio of prime real estate projects, which includes prestigious resort development in Turkey, and shopping mall in Russia.
Sarybekov said, “Kazakhstan and organizations from the UAE and the GCC are closely working together on combined projects, largely in the industrial and tourism sectors to boost economic cooperation and international investments in both countries. Both the UAE and the GCC region are attractive destinations for foreign investment given the stable political environment, the availability and quality of local suppliers, and the economic labor costs”.
Sarybekov confirmed that Capital Partners is in negotiations with a Middle Eastern organization to potentially partner on a state-of-the-art, American managed hospital located in Kazakhstan.
“I am optimistic for a boost in the number of travelers, increase in investments from the UAE and the GCC region, and strengthening of business relations between the two countries. Given that UAE is one of the biggest business hubs of the world, we are grateful to develop projects there, but are also hopeful for an increase in UAE investments in Kazakhstan as both nations have the potential for valuable opportunities in the market,” Sarybekov concluded.
