Rixos The Palm Dubai the country’s leading luxury multi-concept beach resort has revealed its newest initiative, ‘One Team, One Family’ which centres on its management leading by example as opposed to directives.

In an exclusive video which has been made available on the resort’s YouTube channel, viewers can watch the senior management assuming substitute roles across different departments. Cenk Unverdi, the General Manager of Rixos The Palm Dubai is seen in the capacity of Welcome Host and the Executive Chef Nurettin Celik welcoming guests on arrival as the Doorman. Taking part in this initiative are all senior management from Engineering Director, Security Director, Front Office manager, F&B Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Events Manager, Revenue Manager, Quality Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Finance Manager who are seen doing everything from entertainment, bell service, barista and stewarding.

“Doing the right thing as a team to promote guest satisfaction and team spirit is what makes us successful and this initiative has been formed to demonstrate the cohesion between the management team and the team members. We take our organizational culture very seriously and focus on our core values of unity, honesty, integrity, and respect in everything we do,” said Cenk Unverdi.

This initiative had a record level of involvement from all talents at Rixos The Palm Dubai. Measuring and improving work culture, leading authentically and committing to transparency, diversity and inclusion were the major factors that went into the creation of this campaign.
