Al Qasimia University inaugurated its International Conference titled "Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers: Methodology and Cultural Specificity" on Wednesday under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
