Bab Al Qasr Hotel participates in the Ramadan 2023 Feed and Reward initiative Abu Dhabi - April 13, 2023: Bab Al Qasr Hotel collaborated with the "Absher Ya Watan" volunteer team to distribute Iftar meals to drivers at traffic intersections in the capital, in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Police.

Yahya Bakr, CEO of “Amrok” Company, owner of Bab Al Qasr Hotel, Nemo Asimovik, the General Manager of the hotel, along with Elias Saad, Assistant Executive Director of Food and Beverages, and the hotel team distributed the meals to drivers at traffic intersections in the Khalidiya area in Abu Dhabi.

The Ramadan 2023 Feed and Reward initiative includes the distribution of 90,000 Iftar meals to drivers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Mr. Yahya Bakr expressed his happiness to participate in this initiative with the Bab Al Qasr Hotel team, praising the efforts of Abu Dhabi Police and the "Absher Ya Watan" team in promoting a culture of teamwork that contributes to supporting the aspirations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in achieving individual and community happiness and consolidating the culture of collective volunteer work as an integral part of the authentic Emirati society and heritage.

The initiative aims to reduce road accidents and promote traffic safety at Iftar time due to the speed of some drivers to reach their destinations at Iftar time, and it confirms the keenness of all government entities in the country in general, and in Abu Dhabi in particular, to protect and safeguard drivers from the risks of excessive speed that cause traffic accidents and increase the risk of running red lights.
