Emirates Park Zoo, a landmark that exudes unique experiences, has restructured and expanded its new customer service department, to provide a greater level of support for their current and future visitors.
The zoo has added five strong customer service personnel, who are ready to assist every guest, to improve customer satisfaction by providing high quality, interactive, educational and cultural experiences for the benefit of zoo visitors. The customer service team will inspire and guide guests through the park zoo to come face to face with the iconic resident animals and popular exhibit areas, while answering any related queries about the wildlife and preservation.
Naima Mahmoudi, Marketing Manager of Emirates Park Zoo, said, “Here are Emirates Park Zoo & Resort, we are always seeking ways to improve and develop guest experience, and since client servicing is important to us, we have expanded our customer service department to provide a more dynamic and focused streamlined first class service for a memorable experience.
During Ramadan, Emirates Park Zoo opens daily from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
