Often, an electrical machine operates like a turbo when it's new, proving to you the robustness of its parts and the authenticity of its material. If you leave it running all day, it won't complain. However, as the days and consecutive months go by, it might scream with high temperatures, asking for some rest or external support like changing some parts that help it to keep going. Otherwise, it will collapse, and all maintenance methods won't benefit it. Quickly, you will want to replace it with another, after the fate of the first one becomes waste disposal.
Just like our human bodies that are driven by the latent and surrounding energies of various types, and are affected by their electromagnetic waves to radiate vitality in the early stages of life. Considering that the term "energy" encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual energy, every action undertaken by a person, whether muscular or mental, drains this energy. Hence, the process of energy replenishment must be continuous and in the right amount to ensure its sustainability in advanced life stages.
Within each of us resides a different energy reserve. There are also distinguishing factors for each individual (according to their personal estimation), which are usually accurate. You are the only one capable of measuring and evaluating your potential and abilities. This will only happen through inner contemplation and searching for its special treasures, like removing the impurities left by the dust of days to shine and radiate light. Each of us should work on ourselves, create a vision for life, and work to change it for the better by developing skills, language, modifying daily behavior, and correcting internal and external relations.
But be gentle with your souls. God created them as a trust for you; not to torture but to refine them. The gap between torture and refinement is vast.
We might not notice these differences for a while when life sweeps us away and tempts us. We fight with our souls before others, clashing with them and forcing them to bear what they cannot, in pursuit of goals that justify all means. Some of us work day and night to prove their worth and achieve their ambitions, while others live in perpetual calm until the moment of awakening arrives, a time to see the grand cosmic picture of everything that surrounds us, from a past we drag along, a present we wrestle with, or a future we fight over.
While a single reflective and clear look back could save us from all this trouble. I do not mean laziness or indifference here, but I urge you to transcend it by indulging in worldly pleasures to derive the necessary energy to continue the journey and enjoy the path without succumbing to self-destructive tendencies arising from specific phobias like constant and irrational anxiety and intense fear of people, situations, or things.
All of this is because we give them more value than they deserve. There is a saying: "Do not give things more than their size, for trees die from too much water."
Make sure not to let the doors of illusory anxiety deprive you of the joy of enjoying your life. Do not immerse yourself in its world. Human beings naturally, if mentally progressed, realize that they live in many different illusions that neither enrich nor satiate hunger. Do not let small matters become obstacles in your life, consuming all your attention and focus, and forgetting the more important matters that constitute a fundamental link in many aspects of your life.
Look carefully at what surrounds you and say goodbye to the hours spent in worry and thinking to give them a more beautiful meaning in the world of spiritual enjoyment. This can be achieved by ridding yourself of the fear that surrounds you from every side, the kind that depletes your energies and throws you into the abyss of personal defeat.
Make room for love in your life to permeate within you and harmonize with everyone who has graced your life well. However, the main concern should be for your personal matters - without selfishness - which have stood against the winds of time quite often and persevered. Now is the time to harvest them to gain the personal tranquility that will achieve all your goals without resorting to burning in a crucible of fears conjured by ideas derived from your past experiences. We all change, and circumstances too do not escape change; it is their principle.
Trust your intuition and scrutinize those extraordinary matters amidst the ordinary ones, and do not be random in managing your life. Establish a time schedule that leads you towards achieving the general idea. Be confident in the strength of your ideas and kindly ask your mental orientations to be positive, for they are your companion throughout your life. Utilize them and abandon the thought that depletes your creative energy within, suggesting that you must attain everything and anything less warrants death. This is nonsense that leads you to failure and defeat.
