The trivial have taken hold of the joints of power - as Alain Dunois puts it - and placed their hands on decision-making sites, and they now have the final say and the last word in everything related to private and public affairs.

Dunois rings the alarm about the serious consequences resulting from this firm control of the trivial in all positions...

He elaborates in detail on how triviality has extended its controlling arms in every direction and in every field, from the academic field, to the political, economic, commercial, financial, media, and artistic fields...

In this dialogue of mine, I am interested in the part that concerns me, which is the impact of Alain Dunois' theory of triviality on the field of art.

Triviality does not appear in our system as shockingly and directly as it appears in the field of arts!!

It has become a normal thing to associate odd and strange practices with art.

They have no relation to art, and the biggest disaster lies in promoting issues that undermine the foundations of societies and blow up their constants of customs and traditions.

It's not necessary in the system of triviality to be an "artist" and to have skills or talent!

Or even to have a message to deliver or a useful word to say!

Say the silliest of silliness, and blabber the most myths and absurdities!

This is the first successful gate to enter the world of art widely now through the thought and system of the new global triviality!

It was essential for triviality to reach the field of arts!

Making society frivolous, emptying it of values, excluding refined taste and noble and upright behavior, became one of the top priorities to establish the rules of the triviality system and extend its rule...

And the logical question: who is behind all this? And why?

The goal simply is to enable the looters of people's wealth to impoverish them for the benefit of a Western global elite and its followers from other parts of the world.

Imagine like American movies that have always shocked us with films about post-apocalyptic world.. and I don't know why it's always New York City!

Anyway.. we imagine now that we are after the end of the world.. the roads are devastated.. everything is destroyed.. gangs and militias in the street.. perhaps some zombies to top off the usual American stew..

And here comes the hero who doesn't know what happened.. he lost his memory..

And he is on a journey searching for his identity and what happened..

Libraries, books, memos, and television stations were burned..

And only social media remained!!

Imagine with me now that the history of humanity is not inherited by Ibn Khaldun or Al-Jabarti or... or... but by TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube..

And worse now is a myth and deception stronger than Photoshop, which is called artificial intelligence.. which has gone beyond the virtual stage to being "a lie.. a reality!!" Imagine when the hero finds only these references, he finds Trump wrestling with the police at the moment of his arrest!!

And he finds the king of England wearing crimson beach clothes!!

Or.. or...... All those fake digital pictures as real reality.

Or discovers that the highest views for the public are on the most trivial things.

The examples are endless....

Is this the benchmark of our history?!

Is this what future generations will rely on..

Note... I was giving a lecture to students from the "Media" college.

And I talked about the late artist "Ahmed Zaki".. and I realized that the young people present were wondering who "Ahmed Zaki" is!!

With utter horror and astonishment, I showed a picture of him.. lo and behold, the students said..

"Ahh... we know him, we know him...."!!!!!!

What about Naguib Al Rihani then.. or Naguib Mahfouz.. Ahmed Urabi.. Mohamed Ali...

What about our Prophet Isa (Jesus) and our Prophet Mohammed (PBUH)!!!!!!

None of them was mentioned in TikTok!!

And what I fear most when they are mentioned is a disaster from those who mention them with a joke or incorrect information... There is no reference to anything that is shown or published..

And the disaster is that everyone.. everyone.. wants to believe in the rumor and the lie and strongly refuses any truth..

The virtual world has transcended its virtuality to become a new painful reality... like the theory of imaginary digital currencies..
