When we say we are in a state of nothingness... we find it's a term unpalatable to everyone.
What are you doing? Nothing!!
What are you thinking about? Nothing!!
And we find their arrows of accusations directed at us... You're lazy... You're a failure... You don't have goals. You don't understand the meaning of ambition... And you don't know the meaning of passion...
You and you... etc.
They ask again, what is this nothingness and what is the act of doing nothing and how pleasurable is nothingness... and how do people live in nothingness...
Today we live in a world that requires us to work continuously, whether for earning money or for achieving success for us or our children.
We find ourselves stuck in a cycle of continuous work and thinking, which leaves its unique mark on our mental and physical health. Despite this, many people find it hard to let go of all this and truly relax.
This is a natural result of what we were raised on as children. That one must do something important or unimportant. But it's something. There's no such thing as nothing. I have to study... I have to succeed... I have to train... I have to develop my skills. Read a book... enhance my experiences... travel... exercise. Busy agendas, endless tasks, and pressures surround us from all sides, things that never ended and will never end. One thing leads to another. An endless maze of what must be done, thought about, and worked on... completely forgetting our wearied thoughts and our decaying bodies...
And I never advocate neglecting all of the above. But it's the life that needs to keep going... but it's a little respite... a little mental calmness... a little physical relaxation. A little nothingness.
In fact, it's primarily necessary that we learn how to stop doing things and halt the collisions within us for a while, and the right thing to do at this time... might be nothing...
Sometimes we need to wait a little and do nothing, to keep a moment of real silence and stillness. Silence gives us time to think and examine our thoughts and goals without any distraction, and it gives us the ability to listen to our bodies' needs. To stop and give ourselves some time to relax and enjoy without feeling guilty. This reduces stress and anxiety levels and increases feelings of happiness.
We should remember that we are human, created with mental and physical abilities no matter how strong they are, they are limited... and it's very important to allow ourselves time to enjoy the things we love without feeling guilty... which could help restore balance and harmony to our lives.
Generally, it's about achieving balance in life and maintaining the health of the body and mind. Therefore, we all need to learn how to find more quiet times in our busy lives, and not occupy all our time with things. If a person successfully leads his life at every stage, then nothingness can be the very thing he needs to continue ascending and evolving on his path to success. Rest has no value if we can't stop our work and focus on the things that bring us happiness and brightness.
