Tebian, the leading platform in student assessment and support for schools and teachers to improve student performance, has announced the launch of the first trial edition of the Science and Mathematics Olympiad for Tebian schools. This Olympiad aims to enhance students' scientific and mathematical skills and discover promising talents in these essential fields.
The event featured outstanding participation from several schools, including Al-Joud Schools, Al-Hifaz Schools, and Al-Omariya Schools, showcasing exceptional performances that reflect their commitment to providing high-quality education to their students. Tebian expressed its gratitude and appreciation to these schools for their excellence and valuable contributions.
The judging panel consisted of a group of experts in the fields of science and mathematics, chaired by Mr. Ismail Yassin, President of the Arab Association for Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and included Dr. Bassam Taha, Professor of Curriculum and Science Teaching at UNRWA International, with the attendance of Dr. Akram Al-Dayyat and Dr. Naila Al-Balawi. Tebian expressed deep thanks to the committee members for their efforts in evaluating the students.
Outstanding students who achieved first, second, and third places in grades seven, eight, nine, and ten were honored. This year's honored students are: Abdullah Youssef, Princess Nour, Mohammed Ibrahim Khattab, and Mohammed Murad, who demonstrated a high level of excellence and creativity in the fields of science and mathematics. Acknowledgments also included Tebian's distinguished teams in Egypt and Jordan under the supervision of Dr. Fahmi Al-Balawneh, Executive Director, with special thanks extended to ISO Schools for their sponsorship and support of this Olympiad edition.
It is worth noting that the next edition of the Olympiad will be held under an agreement with the Jordan Ministry of Education to launch a special edition for Ministry schools, expanding to include grades four through twelve, reflecting Tebian's commitment to developing and enhancing education in the Arab world.
