Coffee has one face; every time you sip from it, a pleasant mood visits you. Nevertheless, you find that some people have several faces, and they make little effort to make any of those faces beautiful.
We know very well that we may not be able to discern the boundaries of the universe, nor human stupidity. Proverbs say that repetition teaches the wise; this, my friend, is exclusive to learning, not to repeating mistakes with the same strength and details for days, months, or an entire lifetime.
Some people have a void in the wrinkles of their brain; it seems to be filled with the delusions of their minds and their futile attempts to crawl over the souls of the good.
Stupidity has many faces:
1- Deliberate stupidity, which means that the person continues to repeat his mistakes without correction every time he falls into the same problem.
2- Collective stupidity, an astonishing ability for a person to gather the flaws of most of those around him and fuse them into one pot, to come out to us like dark clouds that block the light, air, and sky's color.
Then comes this person with innate stupidity, the most ferocious and predatory of all. Despite what God has bestowed upon you, you stand helpless before this formation prepared by the masters of folly on Earth.
All of the above are types of some people; never try to convince them of anything, they are always right. Nod in agreement to their wise opinions and bright suggestions, but never follow their advice. Pretend to agree and disappear from them until Judgment Day.
Life is full of good people ready for your companionship and good neighborliness. How can you leave a cold glass of juice while the sun squeezes your soul in the heat of August?
The worst place in the world is a seat next to a stupid person.
I'm not talking about intelligence or ability to learn, but specifically about those with a natural talent for looking for annoyances.
How many people do you know who can leave you feeling uplifted and hopeful for a better day?
You must answer that question yourself. Yes, my friend, we are the makers of life!
Some are adept at recycling stupidity, capable of performing that profession despite stumbling. They attack your mind, leaving you scarred by their ability to make social failure a pattern and lifestyle.
Stay away, lest their fangs infect you with an incurable disease.
The constant complainer, the usual whiner, the one who sees the world through a black lens, the meddler, the resentful, the envious, the ungrateful, and the summoner of sorrows are all types of stupid people whose minds are closed to the evil within them. They play on a chessboard where all the pieces are black. How can you beat them on their dark ground?
I strive hard to reach my grave in peace. Since I recognized truth, goodness, and righteousness, I found that the best way is to accompany the good.
Loneliness doesn't scare me as much as befriending the fake does. Maybe someone is killed by the idea of being content with oneself. Yes, I need myself; it fears God with me because our affliction will be shared.
I'll never stop at those stations that don't resemble me or oppose my soul, no matter how much this costs me.
Sterilizing the mind is more critical than the hands; diseases of the bodies may find treatment or a vaccine to protect you from illness. But diseases of the minds are a paved path for a despicable person.
No one apologizes for their stupidity or the baseness of their nature; you are the one who must apologize to yourself. It's up to you to be selective so that being close to someone does not lead you down a path you wouldn’t accept. Never return to what you've abandoned logically!
The deceptive doors are only entered by intruders; standing firm on your principles is something you'll pay dearly for, but the health of your living demands that you plant your seeds in good soil where you don’t fear the corruption of your fruits or the decay of your soul.
The American poet and novelist Charles Bukowski says: "Any fool and tyrant in this world can kill others' creative ideas by simply possessing three main weapons: envy, stupidity, and power over the intelligent."
In some human battles, the principled and noble-hearted person is defeated, one who deliberately refuses to wield a weapon against a soul with flowing blood, thinking that they feel and appreciate.
He is not the weaker party and not a fool but entered his battle with full humanity and emotion, leaving the victors in that battle the unknown-built side. They won the tail of the list, and you won survival through your patience. And perhaps you may not need to run; it suffices to stay beside the fool, and he no longer recognizes you.
One of the best struggles in your life is to resist being known as someone who cannot be wrong. You will not achieve that unless you believe that envy may come to you in the form of advice, that love does not dwell in the hearts of the hateful, and that the shelves of your experiences will fill over time with many fools.
