Introduction... You do not have to be scared today, nor tomorrow or for any countless years to come, for livelihoods are in Allah’s hands.

Review... Certainly, and there's no doubt about it, the definition of a State, according to Wikipedia, is a society in which individuals interact on a specific geographical territory and live in a mutually agreed upon political system which undertakes the State’s affairs. The State oversees political, economic and social activities aimed at advancing and prospering them and improving individuals' standard of living therein. The Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States provided that a state must possess a permanent population, a defined territory, a government, and the capacity to conduct international relations. Thus, the basic elements of any state are the government, the people and the territory, as well as sovereignty and recognition of that state, thereby earning it international legal personality. The Constitution is a set of legal norms that determine the system and form of government in the State, regulate the three legislative, executive and judicial powers and define their competencies, set out the rights and duties of individuals, and give rise to a set of laws, regulations and instructions for the implementation of its articles.

Confirmation... That is indeed what we have learned about the State; It is one that we proudly, honorably and faithfully preserve, obey and implement, complying with the State’s laws, regulations and instructions with due diligence, obedience and welcome. That is because the State has its basic elements that we rely on and strengthen ourselves with; In other words, it is an integrated State with sovereignty and a set of legal norms defining its system and form of government.

Disapproval... but we have not heard of an independent state that does not have the elements or all that we have explained and elaborated previously - have you? What we hear now and read intensely or exaggeratedly about AI or ChatGPT is like we hear about the establishment of an independent state with AI that has the capability of supervising political, economic, social, cyber and, of course, artificial activities. However, please tell me how this can happen with AI and robots without a government or governance and without a binding constitution encompassing the three powers! Is it the law of the jungle here? I do not think so, because there is the word "law" in the sense of provisions, method and methodology, even if it is meant to be the law of survival of the fittest. Artificial intelligence, on the other hand, does not yet have a uniform or mutually agreed law. Its law was personally legislated through whims and cunning, the purpose of which is to control, manipulate and dominate.

Exaggeration. Yeah, a lot of talk about artificial intelligence: Enormous possibilities and so varied fears as to anticipate the future of life without human beings in several jobs, that AI is the dominant ruler of lifestyle in terms of interaction, understanding, perception, childbirth, digital reproduction or autonomy of people. In other words, human beings fear that artificial intelligence will have a sovereign state with its constitution and its right to oversee its politics, economy and social situation. That is the unimaginable – creation of a state - combined with what has been over-imagined and incomprehensible to even the well-established rationalists in technology and communications, or programmers who specialize in programming language, analysis, development, design, engineering and application,  who know perfectly well and laugh and even giggle at this ridiculous exaggeration. On the other hand, the programmers may not know the dimensions of their imagination and think that is true. This, then, is a great misfortune beyond that imagined and greatly exaggerated one. 

Clarification... In my opinion, ladies and gentlemen, it is nothing but a big ice ball that rolls and then melts and turns into water that penetrates into the ground. It may and may not be used. In addition, you are in control of that, man. Now I am talking on an individual level until we get to the general level. You are the one who voluntarily surrender yourself to the control of AI by handing over your data, information, transactions, research, beliefs, fantasies and ethics… handing over your life to a digital person - a device - who records everything about you, befriends and understands you, or you are that one who voluntarily turned into a digital person, distancing yourself from humans. Humans who created this machine and this control and then debased themselves to slavery under the yoke of AI and ChatGPT for example, through which we reach the general level; ChatGPT is developed by OpenAI with the support of Microsoft and its founding partner Elon Musk. The latter controls personal technology in every shrewd way, aiming to take control over more Big Data and big data analytics, in particular and in general simultaneously. 

Contribution... We go back to the developer company to search for the Constitution and the laws governing or binding on this company and the like, which do their thing comfortably by pumping and analyzing big data about each person involved. We are aware that we have the upper hand in AI's contribution to probing our secrets and know how our lives have been revolving for more than 30 or 40 years now. OpenAI is similar to major companies such as Google and works on the same search approach, though in a different way, but it is the same in purpose and ingenuity, incorporating things like benefit and practice as a kind of guarantee of continuity with them. Otherwise, it would not be possible to know what you write and what you think or search for on Google or YouTube. These companies will inevitably update their software and applications in an appealing manner to us and to our basic and non-basic instincts. Therefore, nobody has any authority over them. They are "independent states" by themselves - several private AI companies. On the other hand, we have contributed to and strengthened their establishment to the extent that they have full control of us now. It is not expected that we will benefit from their developments and accelerators. The priority is to adapt and overcome artificial intelligence in our favor in development, urbanization, business, and to shorten times rather than reducing people and jobs to the point of fear, delirium, unemployment, and human destruction. Companies or software  and applications that are promoted as having the power and ability to emulate humans in creating drawings, writing stories, essays, poems, deciphering codes, solving puzzles, answering questions, helping with the delivery of medicines, etc., any cyber-attack can destroy all of this in the blink of an eye, resulting in serious and costly physical and psychological damage. This is because there is no control, no authority, no uniform laws, nor constitution governing the cybersecurity or cyber-attacks. 

Intelligence… For the sake of simplicity, and to illustrate the intended meaning, the various companies or software and applications of AI systems reassure us rather than scaring us. It is a clear proof that everyone tweets in one's own timeline. We must not be carried away with every tweet so that our identity, personality, philosophy, teachings and morals are not lost. We must also adapt artificial intelligence and cyber systems for our economic, security and administrative benefit, and deal with human intelligence ruling over AI. Such AI that enables you to search Google and ask ChatGPT about the human brain, what is it made of and what are its functions, so that you can know that whatever AI systems are capable of, they will not match God's ability to create man. You are free to ask or search in several languages to find an answer, if any.

Sarcasm... It is just like answering the question of whether there is a cure for mutated and proliferating epidemics, especially multiple, different and similarly symptomatic coronavirus strains, which AI has been unable to answer. This is because these epidemics, being a new case, are not included in Big Data. New and old cases that are incurable can only wait for the event of a medical breakthrough. Pay attention to being the person who contributes to the reproduction of a digital twin or clone for you who will replace you by default and marginalize you realistically. 

The past was beautiful and its walls used to protect us, while the present is transparent, revealing everything that is in us.

Rest assured. Do not be afraid or terrified. This artificial smart state has not been and will not be created, and it will be of less significance unless we contribute to its creation and formation and make it have three hearts…

Search... Selling a painting with artificial intelligence for $432,000. Who benefits from selling this artwork? Using several industrially programmed applications through complex algorithms that have been prepared (for whom?) with great care for simulation… 

When will we have an artificial intelligent software globally applicable? When? We are also a major power. Right?
