Award-winning dining destination, Leopold’s of London brings the latest tea trend to the capital as it unveils a unique selection of blue tea blends.
Set to splash a new color to summer’s delight, the English joint’s latest brews present an array of herbal mixes that incorporates an eye-catching shade of blue and earthy flavor with the use of the trendy ingredient butterfly pea, a tropical plant that hails from the rich lands of Thailand. Leopold’s of London will be officially the first place in Abu Dhabi where the guests will have a chance to experience these unique mixtures.
Rolling out this month in all dining locations of Leopold’s of London are four blue tea-enhanced beverages. Tea Doctors will highlight blue blazes through the showcase of fusions with white Yunnan tea originating from China, a blend of the main ingredient with Japanese green tea and rice extract, signature herbal mixture which utilizes dried fruits in its concoction and a blue in hue herbal tea that includes mate, blended with ginger, cinnamon, liquorice and cardamom.
Blue tea is loaded with antioxidants that have been tied to prevent aging, reduce stress, enhance memory and boost vitality. Mixed with healthy agents, these four selections also help protect the immune system, burn fats, prevent heart diseases, improve blood circulation and reduce cholesterol levels.
