Abu Dhabi, March 6, 2018: Mafraq Hotel has announced the appointment of Osama Mostafa as the Executive Assistant Manager. Mostafa previously represented the hotel as its Director of Sales and Marketing, enabling exceptional executions of different strategies throughout his term.
Mostafa now rejoins Mafraq Hotel to introduce multiple plans and fresh concepts that will increase the hotel’s revenue and profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, his prime function will be to deliver an efficient coordination between all departments and operations across the facility. He is also responsible for upholding service excellence and the highest satisfaction for guests.
