SUCCESSFUL DEBUT FOR THE SLICK, SLEEK AND CHIC FASHION PLUS ABU DHABI 2017

The best of fashion and jewelry united at the Fashion Plus Abu Dhabi 2017, to fuse together the most impressive curation of ready couture fashion collections and luxury jewelry. The successful first edition of the show opened on 26 November, underlining the demand for Arabian ready-to-wear and haute couture with participating brands and exhibitors registering impressive first-day sales.

Organized by Events Plus, the show was held under the auspices of H.E. Reed Hamad Al Sheryani Al Dhaheri, Board Member of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Executive Board Member of Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council and Board Member of Emirates Business Women Council, together with her delegates opened the show. A regional first, the exhibition featured the entire cross-section of retail and catered to exclusively Arab brands, which positioned its exclusive collections and products into five easily identifiable categories- beauty, clothes, accessories, jewelry, and perfumes. and

Ahead of the opening of the event, the organizer of the show commented, “Fashion Plus Abu Dhabi 2017 is a unique and innovative show that has been conceived to meet the needs of women seeking to explore the latest trends of Arabian fashion. Be it uncovering authentic designs, or experimenting with contemporary styles, the exhibition is an incredible platform to get a holistic view of Arabian retail”.

Hundreds of visitors and buyers descended on the first day of the event to indulge in the latest classic and contemporary styles of abayas, jalabiyas, caftans, and dresses, courtesy of designers by the likes of Apple Wang, Allegra Fashion, Al Rawdha Abaya, Um Hamdan Collections, Nuna, and Curves Abaya. Renowned local brands Ogaya, SNF Kimono, Golden Boutique, Dune, Adore, Alize, Saray & Valley, Mas Couture, Venetian Jewelry, Lilis Boutique, Feryal Al Bastaki Fashion Design, Yataghan Jewelry, Adaa Parfum, Noor Couture, Trichrome, Lune Fashion, Echo, Kasrat Oud, Vogue It Fashion and Jeywn had stalls that attracted a large volume of guests.

We are committed to enhancing and growing the event even further in 2018 with more exhibitors, buyers, features and visitors,” the organizer added.

Fashion Plus Abu Dhabi 2017 will take place from 26- 28 November in Bab Al Qasr Hotel located in Corniche.
