Bab Al Qasr Hotel enjoyed solid growth in 2017 according to the Director of Sales and Marketing Mr. Tamer Refaat who reported a boost in performance in every metric. The improvements were driven by key city events that took place in the capital throughout the year.
Highlights included IDEX, World Skills Abu Dhabi, Formula 1, International Diabetes Congress and events executed with the support of ADTCA, during which Bab Al Qasr Hotel experienced record occupancy rates. Occupancy percentage climbed by double digits number for Q4, a record for the world-class hotel. Notably, Bal Al Qasr Hotel’s bookings on the weekdays indicated robust corporate & leisure business which is only growing as the city gears up to welcome the peak, festive season- November through February.
Mr. Refaat commented, “A growing client roster and industry recognition exemplify the impact our experience can have in any hotel segment, but equally important is our award-winning F&B, leisure and entertainment facilities that attract local guests”.

In the latter quarter of the year, Bab Al Qasr Hotel will pierce the UAE market, attracting international and regional guests attending the highly anticipated openings of Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
