Carrying on with it’s 19-year legacy, Amaseena encourages guests to discover the beauty and romance of old Arabia and puts forth extraordinary Arabic cuisine, from succulent meats enlivened with bold spices to freshly caught seafood. Guests can also learn about regional cooking techniques such as the Mendi oven, where rice, lamb and chicken is cooked underground, on a layered grill, so while the meat is cooking, all the juices are absorbed by the rice, creating a flavorsome, well-rounded dish.
Guests can get acquainted with the aromas and flavors native to this region by enjoying family-style hot and cold mezzeh platters and dessert platter of Arabic sweets, Umm Ali and Cheese Kunafa served to the table.
