Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences is pleased to announce Hanna Dib as newly appointed Executive Chef who will transform its culinary landscape beginning with the renaissance of the upscale fine dining Limo Restaurant.
In his new role, Chef Hanna will also oversee the menus and operations for Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences’ signature Artisan Kitchen, Loop, Morjana, banquet operations, and in-room dining.
Chef Hanna will highlight his flair for global cuisine with a centred focus on pan-Arabian flavours. Though rooted in classic culinary techniques, he is an avid believer of eclectic flavours, and modern-contemporary presentation of his dishes.
Commenting on his appointment, Chef Hanna said, “Food is not only my career, it is my passion. I find it exhilarating to bring people together through food, by creating unique and memorable dining experiences for guests. I look forward to my journey with Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences and collaborating with its dynamic team to take the hotel’s cuisine to new heights”.
Before taking the helm as Executive Chef at Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences, Chef Hanna occupied numerous leadership roles with The Address Dubai Mall, and Grand Hyatt Dubai. Most noteworthy, he singlehandedly pioneered the concept for the Address Dubai Mall’s critically acclaimed Mediterranean Restaurant, and was key in successfully implementing the property’s vision, mission and goals across its five outlets.
