Dr. Nashwa Al Ruwaini, the CEO of Pyramedia Group for Media Consulting and Production, participated in the second edition of the World Congress of Media in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Al Ruwaini moderated discussion sessions at the conference titled "Invoking the Values of Tolerance for a Sustainable Future," coinciding with the International Day of Tolerance, which falls on the 16th of November.
The sessions, organized by the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, featured prominent guests representing leading entities in their fields to share their views and ideas about tolerance on its international day. The guest list included Mr. Abdullah Al Shehhi, the Acting Executive Director of the Ibrahim Family House in Abu Dhabi; Ms. Claire Dalton, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Delegation to the UAE; Mr. Hussein Al Mousawi, Editor-in-Chief of National Geographic Magazine Arabic; and Ms. Khawla Barley, Head of Initiatives Department at the UAE Special Olympics.
Dr. Al Ruwaini, actively involved in community service for tolerance programs and promoting the culture of coexistence and respect for others through various events and programs personally or through Pyramedia Group, thus embodies and follows the values of tolerance, an extension of the approach of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan, the founder of the nation.
