WAM strengthens its partnerships with several global media institutions at GMC

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) signed cooperation and partnership agreements with media outlets from around the world at the second Global Media Congress, which kicked off today.

These memorandums of understanding (MoUs) come within the framework of WAM's keenness to strengthen its partnerships with various global media outlets, and based on its desire to enhance cooperation ties in the field of news exchange, and establish fruitful friendship and cooperation relations that serve common interests.

The MoUs were signed with a number of Chinese media organisations, including The Paper newspaper, the Shanghai Media Group, and the China Daily newspaper. In addition, an MoU was signed with the Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to the Italian news agency Ascanews.
