H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has met with ExxonMobil Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Darren Woods in Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, His Highness and Woods discussed existing partnerships in the energy sector, as well as new opportunities for collaboration to accelerate decarbonisation and enhance knowledge exchange and technical expertise.

They also discussed the state of the global energy sector, its future trajectory, and the importance of keeping pace with technological advancements to enable lower carbon energy solutions and strengthen global energy security.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and Managing Director and Group CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC); and Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
