“Psychology of Prayer” for Ahmed Emara Wins Oscar of 2020’s Most Popular Video

Dubai’s Human Development and Training Center (HDTC) has awarded Dr. Ahmed Emara, Egyptian psychologist and bioenergy health consultant, for his “extraordinary benefits of prayers”  video as the #1 most popular video, in 2020. The video illustrates praying mechanisms and tips on how to seek answers from God; it has generated more than 1,350,000 views on YouTube.

Dr. Emara stated during the episode, how God almighty said: “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except that they may worship Me.” Mankind was created to worship God in life as well as in afterlife. Worship is a consistent act. As man maintains a good relationship with God, he will be rewarded with content, or else his life will be filled with upheavals. Moreover, Dr. Emara clarifies that worship entails collecting and reallocating energy. Further illustrating that a person’s constant seeking for his sense of accomplishment should cover his physical and soul search. Despite how people are always consumed with the former, which merely makes up for one percent of the efforts needed to reach one’s goals, soul searching, and combatting one’s inner fights, on the other hand, makes up for the remaining 99 percent.

The only true path to achieve your aspirations is by dedicating yourself, wholeheartedly, to learn, and also believe that God never leaves your side; providing you with the stamina and support you may need.

Emara refers to Al Quran Al Kareem’s Sura 53: “That man can have nothing but what he strives for; And that his striving shall soon be seen.”   Dr. Emara explained how many people mistakenly perceive that prayer compensates for one’s efforts towards achieving their goals. However, he adds: “If you believe that calling out to God is enough to retrieve jobs or money, then you’re mistaken.” Accompanying your belief in God with a daily strive is one of the key pillars of praying. In the Holy Quran, one can find numerous affirmations on the vitality of one’s strive, in all aspects of his life. Each person is required to abide by these confirmations to reach his sought-after goals.
