Nile Property Expo – Abu Dhabi 2017, Egypt’s leading real estate exhibition hosted a press conference on December 13 in Jumeirah Hotel, Abu Dhabi, which saw the attendance of Egypt’s power crowd, and a media delegation of the top journalists from the UAE.
The summit featured marquee keynote speaker H.E. Nabila Makram, the Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriate Affairs who spoke about Egypt’s economic development, strategies to attract international investors and new real estate buyers, and revealed its upcoming projects.
The Managing Director of Expo Republic, the organizer of the Nile Property Expo Mr. Shady Amin commented, “We wanted to create a platform unlike any other real estate event that truly marries real estate, technology, investments, consultation, and commercial real estate. This show will equip our visitors with safe and legitimate investment options and they will leave the show with a holistic perspective on Egypt’s diverse real estate portfolio.”
Attendees also heard from the nation’s key industry players such as Dr. Ashraf Salman, former Minister of Investment and vice chairperson of ARCO real estate , and Mona El Helw, the Chief Commercial Officer of Palm Hills who discussed the investment climate of Egypt and identified its impacts on the real estate sector.

The business summit and press conference was held ahead of UAE’s first Nile Property Expo – Abu Dhabi 2017, which will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from 14- 16 December. The three-day event will be dedicated to launching premium real estate developments such as luxury, residential and commercial properties in a B2B-focused platform. It will focus on the significant achievements of both the real estate and infrastructure sectors and its dynamic role in the economic development. Participating during Nile Property Expo are different real estate sectors which specialize in innovative developments, investment companies equipped with up-to-date knowledge of the latest market trends and financial institutions offering flexible financial housing plans.
