The Integrated Transport Centre, ITC, has announced the addition of new bus services and modification of some others that will be implemented from 28th July in Al Ain City.

Bus number 590 will terminate at Al Ain Bus Station instead of Al Ain Town Square and will be re-routed through local roads closer to the Mazayed Community. Bus number 595 will terminate at Al Ain Bus Station instead of Al Ain Town Square and will be re-routed into the Um Ghaffa farms area.

Bus number 375 will operate with a 240-minute headway instead of 120 minutes. Service 950 will be re-routed to Al Nabghah via Khalid Bin Sultan Street and 960 will be re-routed to Al Sarooj area currently served by 950 via Al Khrair east.

The city services will have two timetables Saturday to Wednesday and Thursday and Friday. The headway of some services will be adjusted to 45 minutes for timetable one. Services X90 will also operate based on these two timetables. The headway will be adjusted to 45 minutes for timetable one and off-peak periods of timetable two.

These modifications were decided after numerous studies that aim to enhance the bus network and its infrastructure in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Such efforts offer customers with the privilege of low-cost transportation modes and the availability of bus services in addition to health security and environmental benefits.
