The 9th edition of the International Real Estate & Investment Show 2017 (IREIS) will kick off on 2nd November at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Abu Dhabi where UAE’s leading developers that include Emaar, DAMAC, Danube, C & Co Real Estate Development, ARADA, Green Valley, and FAM Holding, will open discussion on real estate and investment, and reveal its latest projects at the three-day expo.
The exhibition will be inaugurated by His Excellency Khalifa Bin Salem Al Mansouri, Deputy Undersecretary, Department of Economic Development. The show will see the participation of 120 local, regional and international exhibitors representing a spectrum of the real estate business, including property developments, investments, real estate brokerage and related services, attracting more than 15,000 visitors and investors from around the world.
IREIS 2017, the only property exhibition aimed at end consumers will see exhibitors offer spot sales, heavy discounts and easy monthly payment plans exclusive to this distinctive show. The UAE Market is currently showing an upward trend since the last quarter of 2017 making it is desirable location for inward investments. In addition, the Expo 2020 is a catalyst in the real estate market that is attracting investments from all over the world.
Most noteworthy is the expo’s inclusion of country pavilions that are set up in collaboration with its respective embassy and trade promotion councils, dedicated to the European region, Pakistan, USA and Canada, in addition to its robust portfolio of UAE and GCC real estate exhibitors and the Residency & Citizenship by Investment Expo which has made waves in the market. Residency & Citizenship by Investment Expo brings dual citizenship opportunities in one dedicated pavilion which aims to support the expatriate community in gaining the right citizenship with the right investment. The Expo will see consultants provide an array of tailored investor immigrations programs to those looking at dual citizenship opportunities.
